Job Qualifications:

• Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary liaison between APAC regional leadership and technical delivery teams to ensure the Pricing Application aligns with long-term commercial goals.
• Solution Architecture Oversight: Oversee the functional design of the "Harmonized Pricing & Contract Management" system, ensuring it scales across the entire APAC region.
• Governance Lead: Define the global "Floor Price" and "Approval Matrix" frameworks that will be hard-coded into the system governance engine.
• Change Management: Lead high-level stakeholder workshops to drive process harmonization across diverse business units and APAC markets.
• Vendor Management: Provide technical oversight on vendor deliverables, ensuring adherence to the BRD and Functional Requirement Specifications.

Language Required: Native Japanese level and business level japanese required.
