• Lead End-to-End SCM Problem Solving Analyze and optimize the full supply chain flow—from demand planning to inventory, procurement, and delivery—addressing shortages, delays, and operational inefficiencies.
• Drive Data-Driven Improvements through KPI Analysis Leverage KPIs such as stock-out rates, inventory turnover, and lead time to perform root cause analysis and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage in Upstream Business Process Design & Requirements Definition Design practical business workflows and define requirements, including exception handling processes, ensuring smooth and effective on-ground operations.

Annual Salary: 6 Million yen and above

Job Description:

• Identifying issues and clarifying key points (supply and demand, inventory, delivery)
  • Identify issues such as shortages/excesses, delivery delays, handling exceptions, and operational load, and organize causal hypotheses and key issues.
  • KPIWe monitor changes in various factors (such as the rate of missing items, inventory turnover, waste/loss rate, on-time delivery rate, lead time, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Business process design and requirements definition (concretizing into an operational form)
  • Business flow (demand planning)→replenishment→order→Procurement Logistics→delivery of materials→Arrival/Reception→stock→Organize the exception handling procedures and define the business requirements and operational requirements.
  • The acceptance criteria (acceptance perspectives) and procedures for handling exceptions will be clarified to ensure that those on the ground can operate without confusion.

Job Qualifications:

• SCM/Understanding of operations related to demand forecasting/replenishment/ordering/inventory management, or experience in driving improvements in these areas.
• The ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive the process from clarifying issues and defining requirements to establishing and implementing the system.
• KPI Experience in root cause analysis and improvement promotion using data.
• Communication skills to ensure consistency across multiple systems and operations.

Welcome requirements (Want)

• OSP(Ocado Smart Production) and external SCM/Experience in driving under the constraints of replenishment systems
• Understanding core systems and industry practices in retail/logistics.
• Data quality improvement, master data management (PIM/MDM Experience related to )

Language Proficiency: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business-level English.
