• End-to-End Exposure to SCM and Operational Flow Optimization Gain hands-on experience across demand planning, inventory, ordering, and logistics operations, driving improvements based on the end-to-end flow of goods.
• Work on Upstream Business Design & System Integration Lead activities from issue identification to requirement definition and business process design, bridging the gap between operations and system implementation.
• Solve Complex Challenges with Data & Constraints Management Tackle advanced problems such as data consistency, operational constraints, and process optimization, delivering impactful and scalable SCM solutions.

Annual Salary: 6 Million yen and above

Job Description:

• OSP The basic concepts of goods, inventory, ordering, and delivery in this context,CFC"The flow of goods" in operations (receiving/warehousing/storage/replenishment/picking/shipping, etc.)Physical flow Understand the following and align the business and system assumptions.
• Identifying issues and clarifying points of contention (shortages/excesses, delivery delays, handling exceptions, operational burden)
• Business process design and requirements definition (concretizing into a form that can be implemented in actual operations).CFC(Includes constraints, exceptions, and boundary values on the side.)
• OSPSupport in analyzing the impact of specifications/constraints and considering countermeasures (especially SCMDomain and CFC (Points where operations are connected)
• Data Quality/Master Data Consistency (Ensuring the integrity of underlying data; consistency of products, suppliers, locations, etc.)

Job Qualifications:

• SCM/Understanding of operations related to demand forecasting/replenishment/ordering/inventory management, or experience in driving improvements in these areas.
• CFC Operations and OSP Understanding (or being able to understand) how the inventory, status, and work instructions above are interconnected and how "things move"
• The ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive the process from clarifying issues and defining requirements to establishing and implementing the system.

Welcome requirements (Want)

• OSP(Ocado Smart Production) and external SCM Experience in promoting under constraints
• Logistics Center (CFC/DC/Warehouses, stores, etc., on-site operations and systems (WMS/SCMBridging experience (etc.)

Language Proficiency: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business-level English.
