Job Description

Appealing Points:

• Led L2/L3 application support for enterprise financial consolidation systems, serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and ensuring high system availability during critical reporting cycles.
• Supported monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes by troubleshooting consolidation, data load, and calculation issues, enabling accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Collaborated with business users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and implement system improvements while adhering to **ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.

Annual Salary: 8 Million and Above

Job Responsibilities:

•  Lead L2/L3 application support for Oracle HFM
• Act as technical escalation point for complex issues
•  Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
•  Analyze and resolve consolidation, data load, and calculation issues
•  Coordinate with End users, IS IT members, and vendors
•  Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
•  Prepare and review basic support documentation

Job Qualifications:

•  Experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
•  Good understanding of financial consolidation and reporting
• Flexible to work in shift timings [Monthly One week] JST till 11 PM JST, Regular work : JST Business Timings [9AM JST to 18:00 JST]
• 6–10 years of experience in Oracle HFM / Financial Application Support

Language profficiency : Business level japanese (N2) and Business level English.
