Job Description

Appealing Points:

• End-to-End SD-WAN Architecture & Migration Leadership Lead WAN assessments, target architecture design (underlay/overlay, HA), and seamless staged migrations with minimal disruption.
• Performance-Driven & Security-Integrated Networking Expertise Implement application-aware routing, QoS, and SASE/FW integration to improve latency, jitter, and overall security posture.
• Operational Excellence through Automation & AIOps Leverage telemetry, automation, and optimization strategies to enhance SLA adherence, reduce incidents, and optimize bandwidth costs.

Annual Salary: 8 Million yen and above

Responsibilities

• Assess existing WAN topology; design target SD-WAN architecture (underlay/overlay, transports, HA).
• Configure policies for application-aware routing, QoS, path selection, and security integration (FW/NFV/SASE).
• Deploy controllers/edges; perform staged migrations and cutovers with rollback plans.
• Integrate with DC networks, cloud on-ramps, and monitoring/observability platforms.
• Optimize performance (latency, jitter, loss); tune policies based on telemetry.
• Develop LLDs, SOPs, diagrams, and operational runbooks; enable AIOps where available.
• Collaborate with security, DC, and application teams for end-to-end resiliency and compliance.
• Provide training and tier-3 support during stabilization.

Job Qualification:

• 6–10+ years in enterprise networking; 3+ years hands-on SD-WAN (e.g., Cisco Viptela/Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba/Silver Peak).
• Strong knowledge of routing (BGP/OSPF), VPNs/IPSec, QoS, segmentation, and HA designs.
• Experience integrating SD-WAN with DC/LAN, cloud, and security stacks.

Preferred Skills/Certifications

• CCNP/CCIE, NSE, PCNSE, or vendor-specific SD-WAN certifications.
• Experience with SASE/ZTNA, cloud interconnects (Azure/AWS/GCP), and network automation (Python/Ansible).
• Familiarity with NPM/APM tools and SLA monitoring.

• Operational efficiency (automation coverage; time-to-resolve).

Japanese languages:  Business level Japanese (N2) and business-level English required.
