BA or PO Principal Engineer

Job Qualifications:

As a key member of the IT services team, this role combines Presales expertise, Product Ownership, and Business Analysis to drive business growth and deliver innovative solutions.

Presales Ownership

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and craft tailored IT service proposals.
• Prepare and deliver RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and cost estimations.
• Conduct product demos, proof-of-concept sessions, and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
• Work with technical teams to design high-level architectures and solution approaches that align with client needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position services effectively.

Product Ownership

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Business Analysis

• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to capture detailed needs.
• Perform gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Create functional specifications, process flows, and documentation for IT solutions.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables against business requirements.

Japanese Languages: Native japanese level (JLPT N) and business level english required
