Job Responsibility:

• Providing general skills related to the development and operation of services and products offered by the Group
• Service/product operation/maintenance and development
• Development of applications for automating service operations
• Development related to internal planning
• Project lead (planning/proposing/progress), communication with stakeholders, vendor management

Job Qualification:

• Work experience including upstream development of business systems (web/desktop applications) (approximately 4 years, regardless of language used)
• Project management (PM/PL) or team lead experience (1.5 years or more)
• Experience organizing and adjusting client requests/requirements for projects with 5 or more members
• Experience developing in a team using GitHub ·Basic Linux operation skills
• Language: Go, Python, Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, JavaScript
• Framework: Gin, Spring Boot, Django, FastAPI, Flet, Vue, Electron
• OS: Windows, Linux (CentOS / Rocky Linux) ·Storage: MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
• Infrastructure: Private cloud (VM / PM / Kubernetes)
• Operations management: Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Argo CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Communication: GitHub Enterprise, Confluence, Slac

Welcome Skills:

• Experience adjusting specifications with customers
• Experience creating improvement proposals for other development teams and handling all the tasks required for development progress
• Experience leading operations from the start of 0 → 1
• Experience using BI tools to visualize/analyze data and support the growth of businesses and services

Language Profficiency: Native level Japanese (N) and business level English.
