Annual Salary : 5.6 million and above

Responsibilities:

• Implementation/operation/maintenance of Microsoft365/SCCM/SharePoint/Zoom etc.
• Support for internal web conferencing system (Zoom)
• Planning new services primarily using new Microsoft products (promoting digital transformation using Microsoft products)
• Customer support for business companies (quotes/explanations/negotiations/order placement/QA/troubleshooting, etc.)
• Negotiations with the system development department and affiliated companies
• Fault management/response within the scope of support (mainly Microsoft products)
• Improvement of operational process quality
• Collaboration with application developers, network personnel, and vendors
• Vendor control (building relationships with vendors and providing work instructions)

Job Qualifications: 

• As an in-house system manager, operate core systems and internal infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance management Client OS (Windows 10, 11, etc.)
• Experience using Microsoft 365 and understanding of the product overview
• Experience in coordinating work with related stakeholders
• Experience as an in-house infrastructure system engineer
• Experience in technical support for IT services
• Experience implementing systems related to Microsoft 365 or relevant knowledge
• Experience in planning and operating in-house systems (either from an SIer or a business company is welcome)

Japanese Languages : Native level japanese required and business level english
