SAP Data Migration Lead

Job Description

• Lead global SAP Data Migration as a solution architect Take ownership of strategy, execution, and delivery across complex international ERP projects.
• Utilize expertise in high-volume data optimization and transformation Design high-performance data flows and apply advanced transformation logic using tools like LSMW, IDOC, LTMC, and RFCs.
• Drive and manage a team of Data Migration experts Collaborate closely with functional and business teams while leading test cycles, reporting, and migration execution from end to end.

Annual Salary : 8 million and above

Job responsibilities:

• Improve, maintain and execute the SAP and Client Data migration strategy.
• provide overall architecture of solutions and plan for Data migration execution. Participate in DM strategy discussions and implementation planning
• Quick understanding of source system functionality and capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in dealing with high volume of data and designing the data flow to optimize performance.
• Technically strong to apply the complex transformation rules Knowledge of LSMW IDOC LTMC Cockpit RFC Function Module to load data.
• In conjunction with the Data Migration Manager, design, develop and coordinate the integrity of the Data Migration and its environments for the global template.
• Define the scope of data migration objects for the assigned to roll-our project and define the migration strategy for every data migration object in the scope.
• Manage and lead the team of Data Migration Experts for the assigned to project.
• Work with the functional and business teams to execute the Data Migration Strategy.
• Provide weekly status reporting about Data Migration activities for the assigned to project.
• Design, develop, plan and monitor the execution of an agreed set of Data Migration Test cycles in accordance with the agreed ERP deployment testing and DM strategies.
• Design, develop and maintain an agreed set of Data Migration test scripts in accordance with the agreed ERP test cycles.
• Coordinate the execution of data test scripts.
• Strong communication skills.

Job Qualification:

• Must have 8 to 10 years’ experience of SAP Data Migration Integration projects with SAP Data Services in Architect capacity
• Experience in dealing with high volume of data and designing the data flow to optimize performance.
• Provide overall architecture of solutions and plan for Data migration execution Participate in DM strategy discussions and implementation planning.
• Quick understanding of source system functionality and capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Japanese languages:  Business level Japanese (N2) and business level English required.
