Job Description:

• Design comprehensive test cases ensuring robust product validation
• Develop and maintain both manual and automated test suites across various features
• Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams to align on testing strategies, priorities, and quality standards
• Monitor, manage, and optimize automated test pipelines for efficiency and reliability
• Investigate issues, analyze functional specifications in detail, and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
• Perform effective debugging and issue analysis through detailed log review and investigation.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to continuously improve technical skills in both frontend and backend test automation.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar field
• At least 3 years work experience as QA engineer with both manual and automation expertise
• Expertise in one or more programming languages, preferably Java or Kotlin programming language
• Experience in Web automation using Selenium
• Experience in API automation using any frameworks
• Experience in pipeline creation, good understanding of CI/CD process and tools like Argo, Jenkins, CircleCI etc.
• Experience in using VCS like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
• English proficiency (written and verbal communication)

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in performance testing.
• Experience in Kubernetes.
• Exposure in Python language.

Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3) and Business level English
