Job Description

Position Name: Technical Lead / Integrated Support (Network)

Qualifications:

• We are looking for a NW Engineer who can design and build by themselves.
• This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take an active role.
• English skills are not required.
• Have basic knowledge of NW (understanding of general settings such as VLAN and Routing, understanding of configuration such as stack and MLAG)
• L2SW/L3SW/Router construction experience (VLAN, STP, SVI, HSRP) , Routing, etc. setting input, L2/L3 equipment construction work, etc.)
• FW construction experience (address setting, HA, FW policy, NAT, Routing, etc. setting input, FW equipment construction work, etc.)
• Creation of construction materials Experience (interview sheet, design document, parameter sheet, creation of operation management materials, etc.)
• Coordination and communication with users and vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in operating NW management materials (address ledger, cable ledger, port list, design documents, etc.) , configuration diagrams, creation and updating of procedure manuals, etc.)
• L2SW/L3SW/Router/FW/LB operation experience (regular response, failure response, log investigation/confirmation, support inquiries, DC on-site response, etc.)
• Switch/Router / FW/LB version upgrade support (check release notes, support inquiries, impact surveys, procedure manual creation, timetable creation, etc.)
• Experience operating security devices (log investigations such as IPS, WAF, etc., response to SOC inquiries) etc.)
• Packet analysis (investigation of communication errors, etc.)
• Experience building LB (address setting, HA, VirtualServer/Pool/Node, NAT, Routing, etc., setting up LB equipment, etc.)
• Experience operating Proxy (whitelist registration, policy settings, log investigation, etc.)
• Reverse-Proxy operation experience (policy/forwarding destination/context root specification, response to inquiries, log investigation, etc.)
• VPN equipment operation/construction experience (policy settings, address settings, Log research, etc.)
• Experience creating proposal materials (new solution proposals, improvement proposals, specific request details, etc. )
