• Work across the order flow, from monitoring order, allocation and shipment synchronization to improvement design.
• Take part in interface and report changes, SIT/UAT, production deployment and operation handover.

Annual Salary: 7 Million Yen and above

Job Description

This role covers Oracle Order Management (Fusion OM) operation and feature addition within a complex AMS team.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of Fusion OM and checking for anomalies in order, allocation and shipment synchronization
• Inquiries, SR and incident response for Oracle Cloud OM and EBS SCM
• Requirements analysis, and function configuration and improvement design for the order flow
• Modification and adjustment of interfaces and reports
• SIT/UAT, production deployment and operation handover
• Deliverables: OM configuration/specifications, incident records, test and release evidence

Required Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management experience
• EBS SCM
• Business knowledge of order fulfillment (O2C)
• Incident/SR handling
• Function configuration and testing

Language Proficiency: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and Business level English.Proficiency in two of Japanese, Chinese or English.
