• Be the primary person for Oracle Purchasing (PO) and the secondary person for Sales Orders (SO) at a global enterprise.
• Cover the full purchase-to-pay flow, from requisition to purchase order, receipt and payment.
• Work on transaction and interface failures, approval rules and linked data across inventory, AP, AR and GL.

Annual Salary: 7 Million Yen and above 

Job Description

This role covers Oracle Purchasing (PO) as the primary person plus Sales Order (SO) as the secondary person within a complex AMS team.

Job Responsibilities

• Processing and approval workflow from purchase requisition to purchase order to receipt to payment
• PO/SO transaction and interface failure handling, and Oracle SR response
• Changes to purchasing settings, approval rules, forms and interfaces
• Matching of inventory/AP/AR/GL linked data
• Requirements analysis, SIT/UAT, production migration and training
• SO order fulfillment support
• Deliverables: PO function specifications, approval settings, interface investigation, test results

Required Qualifications

• Oracle EBS/Fusion Procurement (PO) experience
• P2P operations (PR/PO/Receipt/Invoicing)
• Approval workflow
• Inventory/accounting interface knowledge
• Experience from requirements through to SIT/UAT

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Order Management (SO/OM)
• AP/Inventory
• BPM knowledge
• OIC
• SQL/Reports

Language Proficiency: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and Business level English.Proficiency in two of Japanese, Chinese or English.
