Job Description

This role is responsible for the Oracle Manufacturing and Production Planning (MFG/Planning) function within a complex AMS team. You will also assist in the sales order (SO) area as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring of production planning, manufacturing jobs, material requirements/issuance and cost processing
• Investigation of lot, actual and inventory interface inconsistencies between MES and Oracle
• Manufacturing and planning system SR handling and investigation of fault causes
• Addition of MFG master/settings/reports/interface functions
• SIT/UAT, production verification and training of user departments
• Assisting in the SO area as needed
• Deliverables: MFG setting table, interface mapping, manufacturing data matching, test trail

Required Qualifications

• Functional maintenance experience for Oracle Manufacturing (EBS or Fusion)
• Business knowledge of production planning, manufacturing orders, materials and costs
• MES integration and data research
• SQL/interface troubleshooting
• SIT/UAT

• Oracle Cloud Planning
• BOM/WIP/Inventory/Costing
• Lot Trace
• SO integration

Language Proficiency: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and Business level English.Proficiency in two of Japanese, Chinese or English.
