Job Description

This is the Oracle Finance (EBS/Cloud) function lead role within the Oracle domain of a complex AMS team, which also covers manufacturing, purchasing and order management. The Finance Lead drives the finance area.

Job Responsibilities

• GL-centric daily and monthly financial processing, and journal entry/balance/report troubleshooting
• Data integration with AP/AR and other modules, and accounting consistency verification
• Oracle EBS/Fusion finance configuration and improvement requirements organization
• Adjustment of financial interfaces and reports, and support for SIT/UAT
• Task allocation to personnel, and progress/quality review
• Coordination with the finance department and other ERP personnel
• Deliverables: accounting requirements/configuration documents, journal entry reconciliation, test trails, team issue sheet

Required Qualifications

• Functional maintenance experience for Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
• GL/accounting processing
• Financial data integration and reconciliation
• Requirements definition with user accounting departments
• Team lead experience

Preferred Qualifications

• AP/AR/FA
• Accounting closing process
• OTBI/BI Publisher
• OIC
• Accounting controls/audits

Language Proficiency: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and Business level English.Proficiency in two of Japanese, Chinese or English.
