The company is seeking solution sales representatives who will support customers’ critical IT infrastructure with cutting-edge technology and innovative ideas. You will contribute to customers’ business growth by deeply understanding their challenges and proposing optimal solutions. The team supports the infrastructure of society and offers an environment where diverse talents collaborate and learn from each other.

Job Responsibilities

• Building trust with customers: Work with various group companies to carefully listen to customers’ needs and challenges
• Proposing the optimal solution: Propose integrated operations solutions centered on ServiceNow and Hinemos, as well as managed services that lead to customer success, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Implementing the proposal: Collaborate with internal development teams and vendors to create proposal documents and give presentations
• Project management: Promote projects to success by maintaining smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Creating new value: Be involved in improving existing solutions and services, as well as planning and developing new services
• Market development: Contribute to new customer acquisition, market research, and the planning and execution of marketing strategies

Required Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the IT industry and business
• At least 3 years of customer service experience (sales, pre-sales, etc.)
• Enthusiasm and willingness to take on challenges, with a strong desire to contribute to solving clients’ problems valued more than years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are welcome:

• Creating customer value: Experience in planning, executing and closing action plans to improve customer value, and someone who genuinely rejoices in customer success
• Communicating the company’s appeal: Experience in product and service marketing planning and practical application
• Working in the IT industry: Experience in sales or business/technology consulting in the IT industry, and someone who wants to innovate customers’ businesses with cutting-edge technologies (AI, etc.)

Language Required: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) and Business level English.
