PLM Consultant

Job Description

Annual Salary :  8 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Basic configuration, system design, implementation, verification, and troubleshooting for Teamcenter, Aras, Enovia, Windchill, etc.
• Implementation, configuration, integration with existing IT environments such as ERP, CAD, and CAE, and data migration work.
• Support for version upgrades and modifications of existing functions, and development of add-on functions.
• Support for technical questions regarding PLM solutions and other PLM-related technical consulting.
• Technical consultation regarding system expansion and maintenance, operational design, and, if necessary, technical training instructors.
• Responsibilities may be expanded according to individual skills, experience, and language abilities, including business consulting, offshore management, and pre-sales activities related to offshore development projects.

Job Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of system knowledge and work experience related to PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
• 2+ years of technical experience with Teamcenter, Aras, Enovia, Windchill, etc.
• Business knowledge and understanding of the manufacturing industry.
• Document creation skills.
• Ability to proactively deepen understanding of clients' businesses, gather relevant and useful information, and create relevant documents.
• Ability to view facts objectively and from multiple perspectives and logically analyze contributing factors.
• Goal-oriented, able to solve project challenges, and meet customer expectations.
• Ability to accept differences in race, nationality, culture, and values, respect each other, and work together as one team.

Language & Communication Skills: Fluent level Japanese (N1 and above) and Conversational level English
