Job Description

Annual Salary : 5 million yen and above

Job Qualifications

• JLPT N1 certified. Fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers
• Must have 3 to 10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects
• Knowledge and hands on experience in Software testing life cycle (STLC) in insurance (Life & P&C) or financial services domains.
• Experience writing and executing detailed test cases/scripts and clear test documentation.
• Understanding of Agile/sprint-based QA and distributed team collaboration.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with Customer SMEs from Business & IT, Onsite and Offshore teams

Welcome requirements

• Hands-on experience with automation and integration testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, SoapUI, Postman, etc.).
• Familiarity with test data management and synthetic data generation (GenRocket).
• Basic SQL/database testing (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with CI/CD environments.
