Annual Salary:3 Million and Above

Job Qualification:

• SaaS L1 tasks
• Routine daily and monthly tasks:-
  • PM1/PM2 monthly env creation, auditing, documentation, and sanity checks-
  • EOD monitoring and meta-analysis (creating statistics, weekly report, error archives etc.)
• Tasks outside business hours:-
  • Check EOD situation between 5am and 7am daily, alternating by week with another L1.
  • Summarize issues, understand overal state of EOD compared to a regular day, share summary with PrdMgr andCM, in some cases do initial followup with clients
• Manage tasks that are time sensitive intra-day:-
  • communicate back and forth with the client about EOD sequencing
  • catch delays in intra-day jobs and do first level analysis
• Change Requests in MX.
  • 3-Handle configuration changes up to deployment for Change Requests. Areas could span multiple domains such as ERM, S4C and TRD
• Documentation
  • Archive all informatino related to incidents
  • Create operational manuals that make future similar tasks repeatable by following a manual

Technical Skill:

• SQL Reporting/BI XML
• Unix, SQL and a minimum of scripting

Langauge Skills: Conversational level Japanese(JLPT N3) and Business-level English
