Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of IT infrastructure services provided to the client.
• Lead new projects and service improvements.
• Coordinate and guide a team (~20 people).
• Work with global teams and use English for internal reporting and proposals.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in project leadership, service delivery, or client engagement.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
• Business-level English (for internal communication).

Languages : Native japanese level and business level english.
