Annual Salary : 10 million and above

Job Qualifications:

• Experience as a manager in the field of project management or change management at a consulting firm, or project supervision experience leading and managing the project from design to operation and implementation in core business/ERP system implementation, etc.
• Experience in developing and acquiring projects in consulting projects
• Care for team members and development of the team (recruitment, training, evaluation, etc.)
• *Managers at the level of overseeing an internal organizational unit (generally thought of as a "department"; we call them "practice leaders") are responsible not only for project management but also for practice management (building and growing the practice/team they are in charge of, including business development, organizational and team development).
• Global work experience (overseas assignments, global projects, etc.)

Preferred requirements

• Project management-related qualifications such as PMP (including study towards obtaining them) are welcome
• Change management-related qualifications are welcome. If you do not have them, we will provide training after you join the company.

Language Requirements: Native-level Japanese with Business-level English
