Job Qualification:

• Responsible for translation and interpretation within meetings and helping our tech teams to talk to business
• Finance/BFSI/Insurance experience is plus 
• Facilitate seamless communication between technical teams and business stakeholders through accurate translation and interpretation.
• Support meetings, discussions, and documentation by bridging language and communication gaps effectively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding of business requirements and technical solutions.
• Assist in improving collaboration between global teams by providing real-time language support and cultural understanding.

Languages : Fluent level Japanese (JLPT N1) and business level english.
