Position Name: Device Software Engineer Tokyo Job
Annual Salary: 4 million and above
Responsibilities:
As a member of the Device Software Team, you will:

- Work closely with the device development project team and vendors.
- Research market trends and reflect these in software specifications to develop competitive products.
- Adjust software specifications for ODM development of brand mobile devices, manage the quality and schedule of vendor developments, and drive internal development processes.
- Investigate and analyze issues that arise in the market related to software, and propose resolution solutions.
- Contribute to business expansion through software solutions for the introduction of new mobile devices and IoT products.
- Communicate frequently in English, especially with the technical team, as it is the common language within the company.
Device Software Engineer Tokyo Job Qualifications:

- Software Development Experience
- 3+ years of experience in software development related to mobile devices or IoT products.
- Experience in software specification design and project management.

Communication Skills
- Experience in negotiation and coordination with vendors and ODM partners.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and persuade teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in ODM Development for Mobile Devices
- Experience working with ODM vendors and involvement in the product launch process.

- Knowledge and Experience with IoT Products
- Experience in software development and market launch of IoT devices.
Japanese Language : Business level Japanese (JLPT N3) and Business level english.
