Position Name : Production process technology

Description:

• The main responsibilities are production line conceptual design, introduction and maintenance work.
• Before manufacturing equipment, conduct functional verification and practical verification of jigs and tools to confirm feasibility. Summarise the key points of the equipment concept and prepare equipment specifications by collecting the opinions of other departments at the equipment DR.
• Verify whether the equipment is manufactured according to the concept and whether it performs according to the manufacturing specifications.
• Analyses the causes of defects during production operations, formulates countermeasures and implements improvements (in cooperation with overseas plants). Conduct periodic maintenance of equipment, repair and restore equipment in the event of breakdowns and prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years' experience in designing, developing and implementing production lines as a production process engineer.

Preffered Qualifications:

• Experience in process design of production lines.
• Experience in designing equipment, jigs and tools using 2D/3DCAD and introducing mass production lines.
• Those with experience in working with related functions such as product development, manufacturing, procurement and quality assurance to start up mass production.
• Those with experience in implementing and introducing equipment studies using image recognition, transfer robots and screw tightening robots.
