Job Qualifications:

• Practical experience in vehicle development in the automotive industry.
• Ability to analyze and organize from a customer perspective (UX, safety, quality).
• Experience leading a team or project.
• Strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to travel abroad.
• Ability to communicate with foreigners when traveling or assisting travelers.

Language Proficiency: Native level Japanese and Business level English
