回答例：

回答例：

"I regularly take online courses on platforms like Udemy and Coursera, and I follow GitHub repositories of popular open-source projects. I also contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions and tech blogs at work."

How do you handle disagreements in a team?/ チーム内で意見が対立したとき、どう対応しますか？

ポイント：感情的にならず、論理的・協調的に解決する姿勢を見せる。

回答例：

"I believe in open communication. I try to understand the reasoning behind the other person’s opinion and look for a data-driven approach. In one case, we disagreed about database design; I suggested creating a prototype for both models and benchmarking them. We chose the better-performing one based on results."
