Job Description :

• Strong understanding of MCP concepts, with proven implementation in recent projects.
• Industry exposure in applying AI tools and models for real-world operational challenges.
• Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks, LLM technologies, and automation pipelines.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable and maintainable AI-powered solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions to optimize team operations.
• Implement automation solutions leveraging widely used LLM models, with a focus on "dogfooding" internal tools.
• Apply MCP (Model Control Protocol) concepts in practical projects, ensuring robust and scalable implementations.
• Stay updated on the latest AI tools, frameworks, and trends to continuously enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-based optimizations into existing workflows.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience  
• 4+ years of experience in Go, Python, or a similar language
• Hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
• Intermediate to advanced level of expertise in public cloud technologies(Preferably AWS), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Good written and verbal communication.
• A track record of both independent and collaborative impact

NICE TO HAVE:

• Japanese language skill to interact with customers

Japanese Languages: Conversational japanese level (JLPT N3) and business level english required
