Job Description

Position Name: Java Developer

Qualification:

Work – Project involving Java development / testing / design etc

Scope of work – fill up design document – code – create test cases – test – document for offshore team – coordinate with the offshore team

Skills /Experience –

• Should have an understanding of software development lifecycle (req gathering-design-dev-testing-maintenance) – coding – testing – some experience of onsite /offshore kind of setup (Vietnam / india or any such country) - writing test cases, basic 3 yrs of experience- JP (N2 level in case of foreigner) – decent English
• The onsite person might have to create more documentation – and coordination.
• Basically the work is more of bridging with offshore and coordinating with them (more than development) ..
• But the person has to have some understanding of development (not a translator or interpreter or BA ).
• Any nationality is fine .. Ideally in Japan is good – this way can start asap. Mainly this is a complete Japanese environment – so someone with that temperament (you have to be daily early in the office etc) .
