• Design Authority for Japan SAP S/4HANA Expansion Lead solution discovery, architecture design, and governance for Japan rollouts while ensuring global template consistency and localization.
• Strong OTC-Focused End-to-End Architecture Expertise Drive SAP SD-centric architectures integrated with FICO, MM, PP, and complex interfaces (IDOC, API, EDI) for large manufacturing environments.
• High-Impact Global Stakeholder Leadership Act as the key liaison between Japanese business teams and global IT leadership, owning full lifecycle delivery from Blueprint to Go-Live.

Annual Salary: 12 million Yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead solution discovery, architecture design for Japanese expansion
• Ensure global template consistency and Japan localization
• Act as design authority for solution governance
• Manage integrated architectures for SAP and non-SAP systems
• Liaise with Japanese business stakeholders and global IT leadership
• Drive roll-out across Blueprint, Build, Test, Cut-Over, Go-Live stages
• Ensure compliance with Japanese statutory and auditing requirements

Job Qualifications

• Lead SAP S/4HANA OTC solution architecture for Japan deployment and global template enhancements in a large-scale automotive manufacturing program. Responsibilities include template governance, localization design, integration management, and roll-out leadership.
• Requires 15+ years of SAP experience, deep expertise in SD module, and strong architectural leadership.
• Lead deployment and global template enhancements for large-scale manufacturing programs in Japan
• Focus on solution architecture, template governance, localization design, and implementation

Core Specialties

• End-to-end SAP S/4HANA solution architecture
• Deep expertise in SAP SD (Sales, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Rebates)
• Integration with FICO, MM/LES, PP
• Interface management (IDOC, API/Data, EDI, CPI/PI/PO)
• Documentation, process flows, test scripts, functional specs
• Architectural leadership across OTC value stream

Industry Experience

• Essential: Large Manufacturing/Automotive
• Preferred: Discrete manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, Japanese standards

Prerequisites

• Strong global template governance and architecture decision-making
• Deep SAP S/4HANA best practices knowledge
• Ability to communicate complex architecture decisions to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Multi-country deployment experience with single S/4HANA template
• Work experience with Japan OEM/Tier 1 suppliers
• SAP S/4HANA certification

Bilingual requirements: Native level Japanese, Business Level English
