Responsibility

Position summary: Recruiter and HR at the group-wide strategy department.

[Main Responsibilities]

• Requirements Definition with Hiring Manager.
• Recruiting planning promotion, market research, talent pooling, and new channel development.
• Contact with Agent, Recruitment Media, and candidate
• Management and improvement of the operation process: including the improvement proposal of the entire Company's group's recruiting process.
• Support for HR functions in departments such as educational evaluation, labor, and HR development as well as recruitment.

• Marketing & Design Supervisory Dept.
• Global Marketing Supervisory Dept.
• One App Strategy Planning Department.
• Membership Department

Minimum Qualifications

• More than 3 years of professional experience.
• Fluent Japanese and business level English.
• More than one year of work experience at a company's recruiting or recruiting consulting firm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting experience in the WEB and IT industry.
• Working experience through English with foreigners in foreign companies.
• Knowledge of agent or recruitment media trends.
• Experience of direct sourcing.
• Negotiation and direction experience with suppliers and outsourced sources.
• Project management experience involving many people.
• Knowledge & experience of Web production, Service Management and Marketing.
