• Work on Next-Generation ADAS Technology: Contribute to the localization, testing, and performance optimization of Level 2–Level 3 ADAS vehicles, helping shape the future of autonomous driving.
• Hands-On Vehicle Testing & Development: Lead the full evaluation cycle—from test planning and real-world driving tests to data analysis, parameter tuning, issue resolution, and performance validation using advanced CAN-based measurement tools.

Annual Salary : 8 Million Yen and above

Job Description:

• Localization development of mass-produced ADAS vehicles (L2-L3).
• Performance evaluation through actual vehicle driving tests (public roads/highways/test courses).
• Performance development involving tuning of various parameters based on evaluation.
• Testing and evaluation of automatic parking function.
• Identification and improvement of vehicle testing and localization issues.
• Promoting test planning, data collection and analysis, issue identification, countermeasure planning, and re-evaluation.
• Technology trend research.
• Gathering information on domestic and international market trends/competitor benchmarks/related technologies and sharing it internally.
• Consultation with Korean headquarters and global office members.
• Requirements alignment, reporting of evaluation results, and promotion of joint testing and review.

Job Qualifications:

• Practical experience in vehicle testing (sensory evaluation and quantitative evaluation).
• Practical experience in vehicle data measurement (Vector tools or other CAN-based measurement equipment).
• Practical experience in a series of tasks from test planning to conducting actual vehicle driving tests and creating reports.
• University degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

• Communication skills with Korean headquarters (Korean and English).
• Practical experience in ADAS-related development, evaluation, or adaptation.
• Experience working in a development role at an automotive OEM or in an equivalent development organization.

Language Proficiency: Business (JLPT N2) level Japanese and Business level English, Korean (Preferred)
