Annual Salary :8 million and above

Job responsibilities:

• You will participate in client projects as a SD/MM functional consultant (below are examples of key activities in a typical global project).
• Support the SD/MM process across product lines and provide vision and strategic direction for SAP solutions.
• Led requirements gathering sessions (workshops) for As-is process mapping and To-be process design.
• Assist with SAP change impact assessment, definition and approval process. Enhancements and improvements to SD/MM/ and related areas.
• Designing and documenting enhancements/improvements/upgrades, test plans and scenarios (unit testing, IST, UAT). Ensuring functional specifications are implemented in a manner that meets business requirements through testing and validation process with key users.
• Testing and adjusting tests until defects are repaired.
• Testing and implementation support for new SAP releases.
• Documentation, management of client's SAP SD/MM configuration and configuration changes.
• Providing end-user training, including developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Supporting global SAP rollouts.
• Assisted in the implementation of relevant business applications from an SAP SME perspective.
• Support SAP business development through RFP response, proposal writing, presentations, etc.

Job Qualification:

• Native level Japanese (N). Japanese resume preferred.
• 5+ years of SAP implementation experience (SD/MM area).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork with people, including clients and team members
• Flexibility to develop solutions from multiple dimensions (e.g., procedural changes, organizational changes, technological solutions).
• Ability to express one's opinions to mid-level clients (such as the accounting manager).
• Willingness to learn new packaged solutions, IT industry trends, methods and tools.
• Ability to issue work instructions to offshore resources and monitor progress through both written and verbal communication
• English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Understanding SAP S/4 HANA

Japanese languages:  Native level Japanese (N) and business level English required.
