Annual Salary: 10 Million and Above

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test strategy, test plans, and test scenarios.Lead end-to-end testing activities including functional and non-functional testing.
• Collaborate with application owners, test managers, and UAT teams to ensure alignment.
• Oversee the full test cycle: planning, preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Serve as the central point of contact for test environment management.
• Coordinate with environment teams to ensure test environments are current and stable.
• Demonstrate test coverage and secure client sign-off.
• Manage continuous automation for SIT and regression testing.
• Publish daily and weekly status reports, track risks and issues to closure.
• Review business requirements and identify defects early in the lifecycle.
• Guide test team members on insurance-related projects and ensure test data provisioning.
• Talk to native Japanese stake holders and plan all test activities.

Job Qualification:

• 10–12+ years of experience in test management, preferably in insurance domains.
• Proven track record of delivering high-value projects involving multi-core applications.
• Deep understanding of life insurance processes: policy quote, origination, claims, underwriting, and administration.
• Minimum JLPT N3 certification.
• Certifications such as LOMA 290/301 and Japanese insurance credentials are a plus.
• Proficiency in tools like Azure, ALM, Jira, Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage project milestones, planning, and financials.
• Familiarity with the latest testing tools and best practices.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is mandatory
