Web Application Product Designer

Annual salary: 4 Million and Above

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with our team, on an end-to-end design process for new features and improvements across the web application
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape the product roadmap and user experience
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data insights to inform design decisions
• Produce high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specs using Figma.
• Advocate for the user at every step, ensuring a seamless and accessible experience across all touchpoints
• Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and style guide

Job Qualification:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, preferably for SaaS or web-based applications
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools
• Hands-on experience conducting and facilitating design sprints
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal — must be able to present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, interaction design, and visual design
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments and balance user needs with business goals

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in agile product teams or with developers in a collaborative setting
• Familiarity with basic frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with developers
• Knowledge of responsive design best practices
• Experience using analytics or product usage data to inform design decisions
• Previous experience designing for international audiences or B2B platforms

Language Skills: Bussiness Level English, Japanese Not Mandetory.
