Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and requests and propose solutions
• Design, design, test, and release the system according to the proposal
• Make proposals for the next phase in order to realize the “customer should be on the cloud”
• Development language and environment differ depending on the solution and cloud platform.

Required Skill/Experience

• Language skill: Native level or N1 level Japanese
• Bachelor's degree in computer science and software engineering majors (If you do not have it, you have the same IT knowledge and experience)
• Over 5 years of software engineer experience
• Over 3 years of experience in web system design, development, and implementation (Java, C #, etc.)
• Over 3 years of relational database design, development and implementation experience (SQL)
• Experience in enterprise system construction project using cloud
• Understanding of object-oriented development
• Understanding and practical experience of software development process
• Analytical ability and requirement definition ability to correctly understand and shape customer requirement
• Communication skills, presentation skills, consulting skills, to make accurate proposals to customers
• Those who are interested in the latest technology and can positively work on the customer's business and Appirio's business
• Self-starter and team worker who can demonstrate leadership and motivate others
• Highly ambitious and challenging spirit
• Highly flexible and able to respond to changes
• Strong passion for the cloud

• Salesforce.com development experience or knowledge
• Development experience in a cloud environment
• Business level English
