Annual salary: 6 million and above

Qualification:

• Excellent academic background with Bachelor’s degree from top institution in the areas of Tech, Business, Finance, Economics or a quantitative field.
• 15+ years of experience in management consulting, business or product strategy, business planning or as an entrepreneur in the fields of telecom, connectivity, cloud, SaaS with a top-tier management consulting firm, software-based company or tech startup.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies that have driven significant growth and profitability.
• Experience in managing of the strategy management lifecycle from strategy development and formulation to strategy implementation and execution on a corporate level.
• Deep understanding of the global tech industry, platforms, and ecosystems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. Business level communication in English is essential.
• Experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with financial modeling and business case development.

Preferred Requirements:

• Advanced degree/MBA from a leading business school.
• Familiarity with ecosystem and business model is a plus.
• Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including mobile network technologies (e.g., 5G, Open RAN), cloud computing, and software-defined networking.
• Get-things-done mentality and the ability to think and act pro-actively by themselves.
• Self-starter with excellent communication ability.
• Person who can thrive in rapidly changing, fast-paced environments.

Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3) and Business level English
