Responsibilities

. This role requires teamwork and communication skills along with technical knowledge.

• Fault management: Rapid response and resolution in the event of a failure.
• Maintenance management: Developing and implementing regular maintenance plans.
• Admission Request: Manage the procedures required to enter the data center.
• Responding to inquiries: Responding internally, to data center operators, and related meetings.
• Rack management: Coordinating the addition and termination of racks in an existing data center.
• Construction Requests: Manage construction requests to data center operators.
• Operational budgeting: Developing budgets for data center operations.
• Price change negotiations: Coordination of price changes with data center operators.

Qualification:

• Experience as a tenant user who used a data center
• Knowledge of data center equipment (racks, power supplies, patch panels, etc.)
• Skills to communicate smoothly with DC operators, telecommunications carriers, and internal stakeholders, including negotiations
• Experience managing small teams, including project management
• More than 10 years of experience in the IT industry, more than 5 years of management experience
• TOEIC600 or higher or equivalent English proficiency

• Supplier experience as a data center operator and user
• Experience in budgeting and management
• ITIL-related qualifications, CDCP, DCPRO, BICSI-related qualifications, etc.

Language Skills: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3) and Business level English
