Annual salary: 6 Million and above

Responsibilities:

• L1.5 support for 15 business applications & underlying hardware & network (IBM Mainframe, Linux, Windows Server, Computer Networks)
• Guidebook-based support
• Unknown error escalate to L2 team
• Time limit expires escalate to L2 team

Qualification:

• Mainframe or Linux knowledge & operation experience (50% of team, with a minimum of 1 yr operations experience)
• MS Windows and MS Office knowledge & experience
• Basic networking knowledge
• Bilingual - Japanese (native level), English (Basic level - V/R/W)
• Having Data Center knowledge experience

Preferred Qualification

• IT Service Management System
• Information Security Management System
• Business Continuity Management System

Language Skills: Native level Japanese (JLPT N) and Business level English
