Position Name: Senior Technical Artist Tokyo Job

Annual Salary: 8 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop workflows, pipelines and tools for various projects and teams
• Integrate assets provided by the Art & Design team and implement related features
• Develop solutions to incorporate real-world assets and data into real-time applications
• Research and experiment with innovative technologies, pioneering new ones to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients and the industry
• Work in small teams to deliver client projects for multiple platforms including desktop, AR, VR headsets, mobile and WebGPU

Senior Technical Artist Tokyo Job Qualification:

• Advanced development experience using Unity
• Basic to advanced understanding of using one or more 3D production suites (Maya, Blender, etc.)
• Experience and technical understanding of 3D model optimization and performance
• Experience with art production workflows such as modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, or lighting using HDRP/URP
• Intermediate skills in C# or other programming languages
• Experience working with commercial/industrial data (CAD, BIM, GIS, LIDAR, point cloud, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in developing headset AR/VR applications
• Knowledge of rendering performance and optimization techniques・Intermediate skills in C# or other programming languages

Japanese languages: Japanese Business level, English: Business level
