Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Project Manager to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful deployment while aligning with business objectives. This role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder coordination, and a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and integrations.

Salesforce Project Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications:

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

2. Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and Salesforce developers to gather and refine requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.

3. Agile & Scrum Methodologies

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business needs.
• Utilize project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.

4. Salesforce Customization & Integration

• Work closely with developers and administrators to ensure Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flows meet business needs.
• Oversee API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing automation, analytics tools).
• Ensure data integrity and system performance.

Japanese Languages: Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N3) and business level English required
