Job Description
Position Name: Service Delivery Manager Tokyo Job
Annual Salary: 5million and above
Responsibilities:
This position is for Service Delivery, responsible for delivering various ongoing business process improvements, audit and compliance activities, and supporting PMO requirements in the QA Governance & Compliance Department.
As a Service Delivery Strategic Planner, you will be required to:
- Develop frameworks for testing and infrastructure as a service
- Provide audit and compliance support
- Implement business process improvements
- Perform other PMO activities
- Create business and technical manuals
Service Delivery Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications:
- Background in Science or Engineering
- Experience in developing frameworks for testing and infrastructure as a service
- Experience in providing audit and compliance support
- Experience in implementing business process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- Holding any internationally approved business process or quality management certification (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Good exposure to ITSM/ITIL
- Around 10-12 years of experience in the IT/Telecommunications industry
- Well-versed in different PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence)
- Exposure to quality audits
Japanese Languages : Business level Japanese and Business level English
