The leader also manages subordinates, develops MTGs with business and planning staff. The percentage varies depending on the person, but you can play an active role as a playing manager.

Required skills/experience

• Over 3 years of development experience
• Development experience in a LAMP environment
• Web system development experience

• Experience using frameworks such as Symfony2 and Ruby on Rails
• Middleware experience: KVS, MySQL, Apache
• Development or design experience with Spark or Hadoop
• Development experience of Scala, Java, C (apache module), etc.
• Development experience using Javascript framework
• Development experience of processing large-scale data such as hundreds of millions of records and 1000 accesses per second
• Experience in EC, payment, CRM industry
• Management experience

Other working conditions
