Job Description
Position Name: Business Analyst - Agile Tokyo Job
Annual salary: 5.5 million and above
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from engagement management
- Design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions
- Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document
- Write well-formed, validated requirements and manage requirement changes
- Use appropriate tools to record, track and manage requirements
- Coordinate with business users for the requirements elicitation
- Conduct explanation sessions with developers/testers for the requirements
- Clarify requirements when raised by the development/testing team
Junior Business Analyst Tokyo Job Qualification:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in requirement gathering
- Have experience in working with a multi-vendor environment •
- Have experience in writing requirements for an IT system build
- Have experience in using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Have exposure to Agile requirements gathering
Japanese Languages: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2) and Business English required
