Job Summary:

Test Data Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all test data activities to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP software products and processes. This role involves: data creation, data maintenance, developing test data templates, supporting test automation, and ensuring data integrity across operations. The Test Data Coordinator cooperates closely with testers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand testing requirements and provide relevant data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams to understand data requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test data sets in specified SAP modules.
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of test data.
• Manage test data provisioning and refresh processes.
• Identify and resolve data-related issues during testing and provide timely resolution.
• Document and maintain test data management procedures.
• Develop and implement test data management strategies, processes, and procedures.
• Provide training and support to team members on test data management practices

Test Data Coordinator Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience in SAP test data management or a related role.
• Robust understanding of SAP testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively among cross-functional teams.

Japanese Languages:Fluent japanese level (JLPT N2) and business level english required
