- 7 + Years of hand on experience in Development (For Lead)

- Coding Standards, Code Management, Unit Testing, Ci/CD
- Ability to Triage Issues, Solve technical challenges and provide technical support team
- Experience of SDLC and Agile
- Experience working in regulated and compliance environments (Finance or Insurance)
