Job Description

 Position Name : PMO Tokyo Job

Annual Salary : 5 Million and Above

Responsibilities:

  • Experience working as a Project Coordinator on IT-related projects
  • – Liaison – coordination – translation – interpretation – writing minutes of meetings – some documentation
  • Manage project documents, report in both of English and Japanese.
  • Can explain the tasks and report to Client in English and Japanese
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources. .
  • Identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of tasks including any customer communication and handle queries / clarifications from the customer
  • Responsible for coordination with other support groups (such as infrastructure, vendor etc.)

PMO Tokyo Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • – Liaison – coordination – translation – interpretation – writing minutes of meetings – some documentation
  • Previous project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Good understanding on Onsite-Offshore business model
  • Professional management + communication with overseas
  • Strong Japanese and English communication and organizational skills

Japanese Language: Native level Japanese (N1) and Business level  English.
