Annual Salary : 12 million yen and above

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the global data factory team to ensure seamless data integration, migration, and transformation.
• Oversee end-to-end data strategies, including governance, quality, and reporting.
• Develop and implement scalable solutions leveraging SAP, Syniti, and BODS to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data processes with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory requirements

Bilingual Data Lead Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Work Experience: 8+ years
• Proven experience in SAP, Syniti, BODS, and related data management tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing global teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
•  Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Japanese Language: Conversational level Japanese(N3) and Business  level  English
