Position Name: Network Lead Tokyo Job

Annual Salary: 8 million yen or higher

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects; organize meetings.
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
• Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are executing tasks efficiently while upholding company standards.
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting Client standards and deadlines.
• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution, including scope, budget, and justification.
• Applying appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and Testing Team.
• Driving diversified teams such as test and automation development teams.
• Providing both verbal and written communications regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Ensuring enterprise resources are utilized efficiently.
• Conducting ongoing risk assessment and mitigation across all projects.
• Managing overall progress and health of projects.
• Tracking the status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio.
• Monitoring project risks and progress on mitigating these risks.
• Improving operational efficiency and project performance.
• Effectively managing and utilizing enterprise resources.

Network Lead Tokyo Job Qualification:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification.
• 8 to 12 years' experience in the IT/Telecom Industry with project management.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, SmartSheet, and MS Project.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Excellent organizational and technical skills.
• Good interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Japanese Languages: Fluent-level Japanese and business-level English are required.
