Job Description

Position Name: Cybersecurity Program Manager Tokyo Job.

Annual Salary: 10 million yen or higher

Responsibilities:

Design and Roadmap Development:

• Lead the design and development of the global next-generation SOC roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and customers to ensure alignment with business goals and security requirements.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of SOC technologies, ensuring they meet the strategic objectives of the organization.

Technology Integration Plan Validation:

• Work with Customer and internal teams to validate the technology integration plan.
• Ensure seamless integration of security tools and technologies across the SOC ecosystem.
• Review and approve technical documentation related to technology integration.

Use Cases Management Review:

• Review and validate security use cases, ensuring they are aligned with organizational priorities and threat landscape.
• Collaborate with security team to develop and optimize SOC use cases and associated runbooks.
• Ensure that the use cases are adaptable to the evolving threat landscape and regulatory requirements.

SOC Workflows Creation:

• Develop and document SOC workflows, including incident detection, response, threat hunting, and escalation procedures.
• Ensure workflows are efficient, scalable, and align with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Internal teams and Customer to implement and refine these workflows.

SOC Reporting and Dashboards:

• Ensure that reporting metrics align with organizational KPIs and regulatory requirements.
• Review and optimize dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the SOC.

Estimation of Implementation Efforts and Costs:

• Work with internal teams and vendors to estimate the efforts and costs associated with implementing the SOC design.
• Provide detailed cost analysis and project timelines post-design phase.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Understand and ensure compliance with the cybersecurity regulations and requirements of various APAC countries.
• Work closely Customer to align SOC activities with regional regulatory frameworks.

Cybersecurity Program Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3-5 years in a program management or leadership role.
• Proven experience in designing and managing Security Operations Centers (SOC).
• Strong experience working with third-party vendors and managing large-scale cybersecurity projects.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of SOC technologies, workflows, and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulatory requirements across APAC countries.
• Excellent project management skills, including cost estimation and resource allocation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in security reporting, dashboard design, and key performance metrics.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Japanese is highly desirable.
