AWS Cloud Program Manager Tokyo Job Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders in the cloud market.
• Experience managing cloud and virtualization technology projects (AWS preferred)
• Experience managing and planning projects that leverage cloud platform services, applications, and monitoring services in areas where optimization is required. Know-how in software-defined mobility and MaaS is an added advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams to successfully complete projects
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills; ability to plan projects, make proposals and reports, and maintain them
• Strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs; ability to identify new business opportunities
• Travel to client locations and internal events as required as part of the role. Bilingual knowledge (Japanese and English) is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field with IT background
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or customer relationship management
• Experience with cloud technologies, virtualization, software-defined mobility, AIOps, etc.
• Experience managing software development or technical projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Project management certifications (APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 SAFe (Scaled Agile), etc.)
• AWS/Cloud experience and certifications
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Strong skills in project management software such as Asana, Jira, Trello, etc.

Japanese Language: Japanese Business level required and business level english required
